Mexico faces a drastic form of water scarcity this year and millions of people are affected by it. A main pipeline which provides fresh water is shut down and the reason being the low water level in the reserves. Though hundreds of water supplying trucks has been arranged, still the pipeline shut down has affected the Mexicans to a great extent.
